This outfit were a well oiled machine! From start to finish their friendly staff made you feel safe, excited and comfortable. This was one of the top 5 experiences travel in my life - the plane journey was superlative! The views so up-close you feel like you are part of the mountain. The Milford cruise was stunning and again very comfortable with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend the whole experience!

The guide was very kind and funny! Explaining all the time everything around! The transport from Queenstown to Milford was excellent, with free water and air-con, small pauses during the trip to take photos and talk a bit about the regions. When we were there, wow, the scenery is totally breathtaking! Strongly recommend!

Fantastic adventure beautiful scenery

Milford Sound is a geographical marvel with amazing, jaw-dropping sights. Well worth a visit. Mitre Peaks makes the whole experience even better. The boat was small enough to accommodate better up-close experiences, and the skipper was friendly and enthusiastic. He cheekily brought us all the way into one of the waterfalls and skillfully maneuvered the boat 360° near a rock with fur seals on it, so everybody gets a great view! Definitely recommending this for anybody visiting New Zealand’s South Island

Amazing trip - enough beautiful stops with photo opportunities on the way to Milford to break up the journey there. Loved the cruise and the observatory was interesting. Lunch was suitable, except we would have loved a drink with it. The water on the cruise boat didn’t taste great.

Our driver Ngalie was such a friendly lady. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to Milford Sound and stoked at the cheap prices we paid. Thanks for a great tour!

We always book with Jucy. Very dependable. The o my suggestion we have is to bypass TeAnau Downs. The other tours buses pass it for a reason … we’d rather have the extra time at Mirror Lake. Most of the boat crew was so helpful and friendly, the lunch was satisfying also. Great job!

Really enjoyed the journey. Good commentary on the visited pit stops by the cruise attendant.

Our group of 3 adults and 3 kids did this on a cool sunny winters day. The captain was very knowledgeable and told us all about the history of the places we visited. So many stunning photo ops. This was the highlight of our south island trip.

Highly recommended! Do it! Such a beautiful place. The weather was perfect and the boat and crew were awesome! Earlier the better as less crowded.

Decided to take a smaller vessel to avoid all big groups, nice and relaxed cruise. Got some good commentary but not overly which give you time to enjoy the surroundings.

It was raining but that allows to see more waterfalls, great view and great staff

Excellent experience. Lovely pilot and lovely staff. We had fantastic weather, so much snow over the mountains, and beautiful blue skies. Saw lots of dolphins and seals on Milford Sound. I would normally not splash out for this kind of thing but I definitely think it’s worth it, as opposed to taking a 5 hour coach trip. The flight made the experience. Would recommend. Try and book for start of your trip so there is time to reschedule in case of inclement weather. The small plane is awesome, 5 people. Worth going from Wanaka too, which is a lovely town to explore. Would be worth staying there a night to explore.

All crews are professional and friendly. Small ship is the best for travel to Milford Sound!

Everything about this day was stunning from start to finish. Our driver Reynold was funny, friendly and informative along the drive from Te Anau to Milford Sound. Not having to do the drive ourselves meant we could both enjoy the incredible scenery and learnt more about the area than we would have done otherwise. Only shame was the bus was meant to have a glass roof and didn’t. The boat tour was once in a lifetime sailing amongst the fjords and spotting seals between the waterfalls. Lots of photo stops along the road as well were appreciated!

Well run cruise with friendly staff though some more organisation was required with lining up to board. Great scenery & commentary along the way.

The driver gave very informative n interesting commentary and she’s friendly too. Love the places that we went and I managed to capture many fantastic scenery! The cruise trip was very calming and Milford Fiord is just magnifient. Remember to bring enough warm clothing, gloves and hats/hoodie. It was very cold ?

Very personalised tour by the captain (Mitre Peak) giving great view and narrative of each landmark. We had a breath taking experience of the trip! It was well worth doing it! Best cruise ever. As a side note the captain and his crew also dropped us at parking location when the shuttle driver ditched our group. That's service beyond self!

The staffs were very welcoming they made sure everyone were ok, food we bought on the boat didnt disappoint enjoyed the vege soup, weges & toasties, hot & delish. Skipper did an awesome job. Friendly staff greeted us at the desk. Went on a smaller boat around the sound. Captain gave great commentary and the staff on board talked to us pointing things out. We were fortunate enough to spot some dolphins and seals and a couple of penguins. This was largely due to the captain knowing what to look for and stopping at the right places. Couldn't fault anything and would recommend.

Even though its cloudy, gloomy & rainy, me & my siblings love every single moments being there. ?

A perfectly fine experience on the boat! Staff really pleasant and we enjoyed the trip. The sound system was a little too soft since the noise of the engines was so loud! I missed a lot of description due to the noise
